I was skeptical about a vanilla cologne being too cloying, but this one nails the balance—that Pasteis de nata vibe is unmistakable, warm and custardy without being heavy. It’s the kind of scent that makes you want to keep sniffing your own wrist.
The dry-down is pure custard sweetness, like a warm pastel de nata fresh from the oven. I’ve worn it to work and gotten three compliments by lunch, and the 50ml bottle feels just right for daily use.
The vanilla note is spot-on—it really does smell like a fresh Pasteis de nata, warm and slightly caramelized. I’ve had it on for six hours and the sillage is still noticeable on my scarf, which surprised me for a cologne. It’s my new go-to for cozy evenings.
